However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

 

 

Purchases

You represent and warrant that:

PHONE, SMS, MMS MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hot Shot Tallow LLC (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.

This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.

User Opt-In:

The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, we do not guarantee that all of our messages are sent this way. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

User Opt-Out:

If you wish to stop participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Us. You may receive a final confirmation message. These are the only accepted methods of opting out. Any other attempts (e.g., texting different words or verbally requesting removal) are not valid.

Program Description:

Users who opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning the marketing and sale of Hot Shot skincare products, product launches, collaborations, giveaways, early access offers, and special discounts. Messages may also include cart or checkout reminders.

Cost and Frequency:

Message and data rates may apply. You agree to receive messages at our discretion. Message frequency may vary based on interaction with Us.

Support Instructions:

For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email us at sup@usehotshot.com. Please note: this email address is not a valid way to opt out of the Program.

MMS Disclosure:

Messages will be sent as SMS if your mobile device does not support MMS.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Program is offered “as-is” and may not always be available due to carrier limitations. We are not liable for message delivery delays or failures. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Participant Requirements:

You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, use a participating carrier, and have active messaging service. Not all carriers support the service.

Age Restriction:

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Program. If between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission. By participating, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

Prohibited Content:

You agree not to send or receive any content that is:

  • Fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing

  • Obscene, profane, hateful, or discriminatory

  • Involving pirated software or viruses

  • Unlawful in your jurisdiction

  • Related to protected health information under HIPAA/HITECH

 

 

Return Policy

We offer a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days from the delivery date of your item to request a refund.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The refund request must be for your most recent order only

  • You must contact support before sending anything back

  • Returns must be shipped back to us (unless told otherwise by our support team)

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any claim you have against Hot Shot Tallow LLC must be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Florida. You waive the right to:

Reselling

Reselling Hot Shot products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is prohibited. Violations may result in termination and legal action.
